In 2020 survey responses, Cella received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 84.7% of its clients, significantly higher than the industry average of only 38%. According to ClearlyRated global NPS standards classify a 50 NPS as excellent, and a 70 NPS as world class. Cella received a world-class NPS of 81.4 from its clients, which is almost three times higher than the industry’s average of 28.
Talent placed by Cella gave the company a world-class NPS as well — at 70, it’s nearly four times higher than the staffing industry average of 18%. Cella received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 75.2% of its placed job candidates, compared to the industry’s average of 40.
