Join our dynamic team as a remote Account Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in driving new business and expanding client relationships within the MarTech space. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop and execute effective strategies for growth. Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting: Manage daily sales activities in Salesforce, targeting new business opportunities, competitor accounts, and referrals, using tools like Outreach and data providers.
  • Discovery Calls: Conduct calls for appointments from inbound marketing leads and SDRs.
  • Pipeline and Quotas: Maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing to refine messaging and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Sales Play Optimization: Develop and refine strategies for ideal customer profiles, updating presentations and conducting market research.
  • Talk Track Development: Improve sales conversations through role-play, product training, and conversation intelligence tools.
  • Technical Support Collaboration: Partner with sales engineering to develop pricing and scope for prospects.
  • Opportunity Management: Oversee referrals from Customer Success for expansion sales with existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years in B2B sales within SaaS and MarTech services
  • Experience with technical solution sales and multi-year contracts (ACV $30k+)
  • Established network of mid-market marketing leaders ($50M-$750M accounts)
  • Proven success meeting/exceeding quotas
  • Self-starter with a creative, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Skilled in problem-solving and adaptable to new tech and processes
  • Bachelor's degree required
