Our client in Des Moines, IA is looking for a Digital Project Manager to come onboard a year long contract with potential for extension or FT conversion. The right candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of publishing digital content, including social media, email, and advertising campaigns. Ultimately, the Digital Project Manager should be able to manage and deliver project digital lifecycles within quality, time and budget requirements. This role will on site in West Des Moines.

- Provide end-to-end project management for all digital content projects
- Create, set-up and run company webinars
- Scope project requirements and prepare timelines
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital content projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
- Proven work experience as a content project manager
- Hands on experience with Project Management software specifically Workfront
- Experience with different webinar platforms i.e. GoToMeeting
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Communication and presentation skills
