Compensation Range: $75,000 - 85,000 per year
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced marketing team. You'll play a key role in driving marketing initiatives from concept to execution, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This role is fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
Event and Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Own the annual event calendar—align dates, formats and budgets with firm growth goals.
- Develop creative event concepts that elevate the brand and voice.
- Source, negotiate and manage vendor contracts; maintain compliant records weekly.
- Oversee collateral, email, social and digital ads that drive leads and attendance.
- Oversee vendors/partners providing digital marketing support.
- Track expenses and ROI; present post-event recaps with key insights.
Communication & Collaboration
- Provide real-time updates on upcoming campaigns and events, including ad spend and registrations.
- Surface roadblocks early and propose solutions—“no excuses” mindset.
- Keep the annual marketing calendar and shared dashboards accurate and current.
Reporting & Optimization
- Analyze which venues, topics and formats deliver the best cost-per-attendee and new-client ratios.
- Analyze which campaigns produce the highest quality leads from which channels.
- Run client surveys 1-2×/year; translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Refresh creative (copy, design, offers) proactively to boost engagement and conversion.
Measures of Success
- Events consistently hit or exceed attendance and first-appointment targets.
- Budgets, timelines and compliance records are always accurate and up to date.
- Stakeholders receive timely, data-driven updates.
- Trust in marketing operations grows quarter over quarter.
- Continuous lift in event ROI, attendee satisfaction and lead quality year-over-year.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing small teams or direct reports in marketing.
- Hands-on experience with event marketing and digital demand-gen (paid social, email, landing pages).
- Strong vendor-negotiation, budgeting and project-management skills.
- Data-driven mindset, results focused.
- Excellent written/verbal communication.
- Energetic, ownership-oriented attitude.
