Compensation Range: $95,000 - 120,000 per year
We're looking for a Director of Retail Marketing to lead marketing and retail activities that drive brand growth and presence. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, you'll collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and Creative teams to support initiatives and new opportunities. With a focus on consistent brand messaging, this role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Essential Tasks, Duties, & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to lead the brand's growth within the beauty and cosmetics sectors through a global, cross-functional team.
- Develop, implement, and measure strategic brand plans to drive revenue, strengthen retailer partnerships, and enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and promotional strategies to assess brand performance, capture best practices, and recommend improvements.
- Create and execute comprehensive consumer marketing plans, including digital and social media campaigns, promotions, and in-store strategies.
- Brief Product Development on new product ideas, sampling, and collateral to meet consumer and retailer needs while boosting brand performance.
- Work with Visual Marketing and Creative teams to develop in-store, digital, and advertising materials, ensuring alignment with the consumer journey.
- Manage marketing calendars and collaborate on strategies for product launches, promotions, pricing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with international teams as needed.
- Undertake additional projects as directed by management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in CPG brand management.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and mentoring teams.
- Project ownership with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
