Job Title: Marketing Promotion Managers
Location: Lansdale, Pennsylvania
Type: Freelance / Contract
The Segment Marketing Promotion Manager is responsible for developing an understanding of key managed care customer segments to create innovative and effective solutions for the assigned brands as well as provide actionable insights to inform brand strategy and Integrated Account Management implementation.
 
In this role, the Senior Specialist will work closely with the Directors in multiple functions including payer marketing, brand marketing, promotions, and Integrated Account Management to support managed care customer segment strategies through the development of promotional strategies, resources and implementation communications.

Marketing Promotions Manager Responsibilities:

·Develop understanding of managed care customer segments to create customer-segment marketing communication solutions and resources that align with the integrated brand and/or customer segment strategies
·Provide actionable insights to inform brand strategy and Integrated Account Management implementation
·Lead activities to gain approvals for all assigned projects, including prioritization meetings and resource reviews
·Lead projects to ensure that all resources meet the objectives of the managed care customer segment and marketing teams
·Manage budgets for assigned projects and lead the annual budget planning process
·Interface on regular basis with point Women’s Health Marketing Associate Directors and Account Executives through appropriate channels to obtain feedback and insights regarding brand strategies and resources
·Develop appropriate pull-through materials and customer-related communications for field sales to optimize payer related market events
·Provide analytical support to the brand team focused on managed care customer segment trends, risks, influences and opportunities as it pertains to assigned brands. 


Marketing Promotions Manager Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 plus years combined marketing, sales, or sales/marketing support function experience required
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Strong project management and collaboration skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Experience and Skills:
·Business /Data analytics/Digital Marketing experience
·Experience with various Business Intelligence (BI) platforms
·Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or other related regulated industries
Promotion experience including bringing materials through legal, regulatory, and clinical review
