Compensation Range: $130,000 - 160,000 per year
We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our established business networking product line. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling messaging, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective market positioning. The ideal candidate will excel at translating product features into customer benefits, empowering sales teams, and contributing to successful product introductions.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake market research and competitive intelligence gathering to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Craft clear and persuasive product messaging and develop content for various touchpoints, including packaging, sales resources, and online platforms.
- Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to facilitate successful product launches and ongoing communications.
- Produce marketing materials to support solution selling initiatives and empower channel partners.
- Contribute to product training programs, participate in industry events, and develop content for external communication channels.
- Monitor market trends and collect feedback to optimize messaging and uncover potential growth areas.
Qualifications:
- 4 years + with technical background, related work experience.
Skills:
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Ability to define a product's market position and create compelling communications.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Experience contributing to and understanding market entry strategies.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Skill in gathering and analyzing market data and competitor information.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Content Creation: Strong ability to develop marketing materials for various channels and audiences.
- Understanding of Networking Technology: Familiarity with business networking concepts and technologies.
- Sales Enablement: Ability to create resources and tools to support the sales team.
