We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Specialist to enhance our customer marketing function within a dynamic Marketing Team. This role will play a key part in coordinating CRM initiatives that build loyalty, drive customer acquisition and retention, and foster customer development, ultimately delivering exceptional cross-functional CRM campaigns.

Onsite Monday through Friday with half days on Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute marketing efforts for customer retention programs, collaborating cross-functionally with various teams (e.g., digital marketing, brand, creative, and e-commerce).
- Manage the daily operations of the customer relationship management (CRM) program, including the marketing calendar, promotional planning, performance measurement/analytics, and creative approvals.
- Foster strong consumer relationships by developing CRM activations that drive incremental sales, increase retention, boost engagement, and enhance loyalty.
- Develop processes for managing offer distribution, promotions, and customer touchpoints across different customer segments.
- Analyze and report on campaign results, identifying new opportunities to support the overall CRM roadmap.
- Work with CRM managers to develop and execute retention strategies and cross-channel customer acquisition campaigns to meet growth objectives.
- Build and execute offer testing plans across various CRM tactics.
- Pilot new programs while minimizing operational and financial impact.
- Develop a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Duties may evolve, and other tasks may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in database marketing or customer relationship management (CRM), preferably within a consumer-facing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and managing CRM programs.
- Experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) or data warehouse, including building and automating customer audiences.
- Experience with Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms.
Skills:
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to align efforts and coordinate initiatives across multiple departments (e.g., digital marketing, brand, creative, e-commerce).
- Very strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient understanding of marketing analytics (e.g., web analytics platforms and business intelligence tools) to analyze campaign results and identify new opportunities.
- Ability to develop and execute offer testing plans across various CRM tactics.
- Capable of piloting new programs while effectively minimizing operational and financial impact.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to contribute to and understand the overall CRM roadmap and growth goals.
- Detail-oriented for managing daily CRM operations, including marketing calendars, promotional planning, measurement, and creative approvals.
- A proactive approach to developing CRM activations that drive incremental sales, increase retention, boost engagement, and enhance loyalty.
