Compensation Range: $180,000 - 205,000 per year
We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Resource Planning & Delivery to join a leading marketing and technology agency. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive strategic resource management by aligning talent with the right projects, optimizing delivery, and supporting team development—all while contributing to the agency’s mission of creating impactful, innovative solutions that promote health, wellness, and happiness.

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic resource planning efforts to optimize billable utilization while promoting employee well-being and development.
- Collaborate with Finance and Client Services to ensure projects are staffed profitably and aligned with margin goals.
- Forecast short- and long-term talent needs based on sales pipelines, project roadmaps, and capacity data.
- Oversee skills-based talent allocation, ensuring the right people are matched to the right work while supporting career growth.
- Maintain and evolve internal systems to track employee skills, availability, and development goals.
- Leverage data and reporting tools to guide staffing decisions, resolve conflicts, and support hiring and business development strategies.
- Continuously improve resourcing tools, processes, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Act as a cross-functional leader, fostering strong partnerships across teams and developing a high-performing resourcing function.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or strategic staffing within agency, consulting, or tech environments; Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.
- Proven track record of increasing utilization, improving operational efficiency, and supporting margin goals through strategic resource planning and team leadership.
- Deep expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, and use of resource management tools (e.g., Kantata, Workfront, OpenAir), with strong financial and analytical acumen.
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator with high emotional intelligence, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
