Our client is hiring an Sr Graphic Designer to join their team on an indefinite length, long-term contract! Must be local to go in office 2-3 days per week to in Irving, Texas.
As an Sr Graphic Designer with a focus on storytelling, you will play a key role in ideating and bringing to life compelling narratives for paid media campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually stunning and emotionally resonant concepts that captivate our client's target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our creative efforts and contribute to the success of our brand. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills and case studies in their portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and respond to creative briefs to formulate concepts for execution.
- Develop and direct effective visual solutions for communications and marketing channels, including email, websites, social media posts, and digital ads and assets, video scripts, and campaigns that align with the brand, messaging, and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams, as well as with other stakeholders, to ideate and execute engaging visual solutions to meet objectives.
- Communicate and present visual concepts effectively to peers and stakeholders.
- Stay current with best practices in visual design across digital and traditional platforms.
Qualifications:
- Ability create visually compelling and impactful designs across a diverse range of mediums, including print, digital, social media, and video.
- Proficiency in conceptual thinking and translating ideas into innovative, original, and effective campaigns that push creative boundaries while staying true to the brand.
- The capacity to align your creative work with overarching marketing and branding strategies, ensuring that your work is not only imaginative but also effectively serves the desired goals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- A willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback to continually refine and improve your work, fostering a collaborative and iterative creative process.
- The ability to adapt to changing project requirements, feedback, and priorities while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and using visual communications to drive possibility.
