Video Editor (REMOTE)

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Compensation Range: $35 - 43 per hour

We're seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team and help bring compelling stories to life. This full-time role, based on Eastern Standard Time, involves standard hours with occasional late shifts to meet project deadlines. If you're skilled in short-form video editing and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, we'd love to see your portfolio! Your work will support the team by managing high-priority tasks, allowing other editors to focus on long-term, complex projects. Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos with turnaround times of 1-2 weeks, including tasks such as:
  
  • Cutting down existing footage to meet time specifications.
  • Preparing videos for social media platforms.
  • Addressing video requests from teams like Legal/Compliance and Internal Communications.
• Support larger, long-term projects (e.g., short documentaries, interviews, and storytelling work) as an Assistant Editor during downtime from quick-turn assignments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Education: No Degree Required
