Our client, a cutting-edge fashion technology firm, is looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead Brand Strategist to drive their company's growth trajectory!
Leading and building a talented team, you will collaborate cross-functionally and with outside agencies to build a sophisticated brand identity and go-to-market brand strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in brand-building, either from an in-house Brand team OR a Branding/Design firm.

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead brand marketing initiatives, encompassing strategy, messaging, content, PR, and social media, while nurturing an agile internal team and cultivating external partnerships.
- Define and manage the brand department's vision, objectives, and budget, ensuring seamless execution of all initiatives.
- Direct the evolution of the brand's identity in collaboration with Creative Directors, translating it into compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive brand loyalty.
- Establish and oversee reporting mechanisms to track campaign effectiveness, driving business growth and enhancing brand recognition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives such as new product launches, overseeing go-to-market strategies and execution.
- Lead advertising creative strategy across paid channels, optimizing media spend and identifying opportunities for customer acquisition.
- Develop and refine partnership strategies across product, content, and influencers, adapting to industry trends and insights.
- Drive PR and communications planning to secure brand features, enhance credibility, and maintain brand visibility.
- Expand the brand's social media presence and develop channel-specific strategies for future growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring alignment across all channels and departments to uphold brand integrity and personality.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Director
- Education: Bachelors
- Minimum 10 years of marketing leadership experience, with a focus brand strategy.
- Proven track record in brand marketing and PR, particularly in successful product launches.
- Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Passion for fashion and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
- Preferred Experience:
- Background in fashion or luxury product segments.
- Experience in startup environments and remote work culture.
