How do I work with Cella?
What positions do you staff for?
We staff creative professionals working in graphic design, production, editorial, digital, marketing, video, social and many other roles in junior to executive level positions. We also staff proposal professionals with expertise in the areas of business development, proposal development, proposal production and program support.
Can I be represented by other recruiting agencies?

Why am I required to take your assessments if I have a portfolio to show the quality of my work?
We assess your technical aptitude with our proprietary assessments in order to help place you on a job with the specific requirements the client is looking for. This ensures that you and our clients are satisfied with the placement.

How will I get paid?
How do I fill out a timesheet?
Log in at www.cellainc.com with your username and password. Click on "Submit Timesheet" to navigate to the timesheet dashboard.
When do I need to submit my timesheet in order to get paid?
Timesheets should be submitted at the end of the day on Friday. Please make sure your client company manager approves your timesheet by noon on Tuesday to be included in that week’s payroll.
How do I view my pay stubs or W2?
All payment information can be found on the Workplace Self Service. If you do not have your login information, please send an email to [email protected] for assistance.
