Our client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join their innovative team!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the success of marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects across multiple channels (social, video, web, and event). Candidates must have Workfront experience in order to be considered.
This is a long-term contract opportunity that is hybrid with two days a week onsite in Framingham.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project the intake, kickoff and production of related workstreams.
- Build, maintain, prioritize and adjust timelines to ensure successful and timely delivery of work.
- Regularly evaluate and communicate status of ongoing projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks, and manage expectations as needed.
- Manage workflow with outside vendors and resources where necessary for projects.
- Contribute to managing Creative resources across the projects.
- Continually review and improve project management best practices.
- Recommend and drive processes to streamline work.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors
- 5+ years as a Marketing Project Manager, preferably in a marketing agency or an in-house agency.
- Master of project management tools (namely Workfront) to create meaningful data that helps drive business decisions.
- Highly organized with attention to detail while operating under tight and competing deadlines; ability to prioritize work.
- Creative, strategic and analytical thinker; ability to think through multiple options and proactively present ideas.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate teams and exert influence when needed.
- Resilient, collaborative, flexible, innovative
- A confident and proactive self-starter with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and making data-driven decisions.
- PMP preferred, but not required.
