As a member of their HR department, you will work to spearhead a process mapping project, driving efficiency and clarity across all programs. With a minimum of two years of related experience, including project management and expertise in process mapping, you'll play a crucial role in aligning project goals with departmental strategies and business objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and passionate about streamlining operations.

- Minimum of two years related work experience. One year of managing a project and one year of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Expertise in process mapping 2-5 years of experience in this activity.
- Collaborative, engages effectively with stakeholders and communicates progress effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the process mapping project. Develop, implement, and monitor project plans. Contribute expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
- Document key processes for all programs in collaboration with leaders and crew aligned to the programs to ensure crew are able to review the process maps and complete key activities of each program with clarity and direction; enabling the future vision for Talent Strategy & Delivery.
- Provide insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensure project goals are aligned with the overall department strategy and business needs.
- Communicate project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
- Build and maintain effective relationships. Proactively foster communication between internal and external project stakeholders.
- Develop project plans to address tactical objectives. Develop task plans and schedules, delegates effectively, and manages the work of others. Identify and document project risks.
