COVID-19 Information and Resources

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), situation evolves, the health and well-being of our employees, clients, and talent are our top priorities. We are diligently monitoring this ever-evolving situation and we will continue to provide updates as the new information develops.

Cella continues to be open for business as usual. In most cases, our teams are working remotely, but you can still reach us via phone and email, just like you normally do. Our passion is putting people to work, and we continue to do that every day.

TO OUR CLIENTS

We are open for business as usual. The way we are working may have changed, but we can still support you with all of our services and solutions virtually. The majority of our talent are fully equipped to work remotely. If not, we can discuss providing a company laptop with a secure VPN connection. In cases where our talent does not have the ability to work from home, we will work with you to provide alternative options.

Here is what we are doing:

  • Assisting talent with flexible remote work options including providing laptops and VPN connections to all talent that do not have their own devices for work.
  • Dedicated team of technical professionals to help with company provided laptops and VPN connections, as needed.
  • All talent interviews are being held via phone or video conference.
  • Our Account Executive team is readily available for questions/concerns and are checking in with talent currently on assignment.
  • We’ve increased our output of training and thought leadership, including our remote work best practices, virtual onboarding, remote work project management strategies and so much more. Keep checking our blog as we are updating content more frequently than ever.

We have asked all talent to comply with the following:

  • Notify us and not come to the workplace if they are exhibiting signs, have been subject to potential exposure, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have any other reason to believe they were exposed to the virus.
  • Not come to the workplace if they have any flu symptoms or are otherwise ill. Talent with symptoms of acute respiratory illness have been told to be 24 hours symptom-free without the aid of medication before returning to work.
  • Understand that they may be subject to up to 14 days of restriction from the workplace and may be required to supply a healthcare provider’s certificate to return to work.
  • We have also advised our current talent to work with you to understand and comply with your company’s specific policies and procedures surrounding COVID-19.

For any additional questions, contact your Account Executive, or submit your questions directly to [email protected]

A SAFE RETURN TO WORK

When it comes to the economy “re-opening” and the ability of talent to work on-site at a company, much will depend on the location of the assignment, the type of work (i.e., is it for an essential business), and what type of regulations have been enacted at the local, state and/or federal level.  We will actively partner with our clients and talent to ensure we are in compliance with all safety regulations. A Return-to-Work protocol will be developed for our talent and education on best practices will be shared with clients.
