The Learning & Development (L&D) Instructional Designer/Developer plays a key role in consulting, scoping, recommending, designing, and delivering high-quality, accessible, and blended learning and performance solutions. This role supports complex, high-visibility learning projects in a dynamic environment.

This is a 1 year remote contract, the talent must be based in Canada and have Canadian work authorization.

Proficiency in Qualtrics is a critical requirement for this role, as it plays a key role in shaping the learning and performance outcomes.

This is a 10-month fully remote contract for talent who are within Canada. There is a possibility this could extend after the initial contract term.

The Manager, Digital Marketing Technology is a dynamic role that combines business acumen with technical expertise. Serving as a subject matter expert, relationship manager, and technology leader, you will oversee the implementation and integration of marketing technologies within our client's Wealth Management division. This includes driving the strategy and execution of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud stack to deliver cutting-edge programs that enhance client and advisor engagement while optimizing the user experience.

This role will be almost 100% remote with preference to talent working in the Calgary market.

The Creative Account Manager (CAM) builds effective relationships with entry- to mid-level client contacts. This role ensures the efficient coordination of projects from estimation to completion, and partners with the broader project team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget. The Creative Account Manager utilizes an understanding of the Company's and the client's industry, business, and products to identify opportunities to sell additional solutions to meet existing client needs.

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in project management, strategic planning, organizational transformation, and leadership. This role requires the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive successful outcomes.

This role is more strategic in nature than technical, and requires someone who can build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders, who is a strong communicator, and who thrives in ambiguity. The projects this individual will work on are highly important to this growing organization, and our client is searching for someone who has worked on projects for organizations going through rapid growth.

This is a 12-month contract, which requires the Project Manager to work onsite at our client's office in Mississauga.
