Each quarter, Cella by Randstad Digital will recognize a particular talent who we feel best exemplifies our core values of Service Excellence, Passionate Performance, Entrepreneurial Spirit and Employee Centricity. Top performers are selected based on their contributions and impact to our clients as well as their representation of our values. 

We’re excited to announce Cella by Randstad’s Digital Talent of the Quarter for Q4 2023 is Danielle Prenevost! She was placed on assignment as a Producer less than a year ago and has made a remarkable impact ever since! 

In under 8 months, Danielle’s supervisor and team identified her as a critical team member for some of their largest, most highly visible projects, so much so that her position was quickly promoted from Part Time to Full Time! Through her Passionate Performance and Entrepreneurial Spirit, Danielle’s team considers her to be a large contributor to Major Productions. Her manager states, “they trust her 100% and always ask us to “clone Danielle.”

She consistently receives high praise and strong client feedback and is an ideal representation of Cella and our core values in the workplace.
