Each quarter, Cella by Randstad Digital will recognize a particular talent who we feel best exemplifies our core values of Service Excellence, Passionate Performance, Entreprenural Spirit and Employee Centricity. Top performers are selected based on their contributions and impact to our clients as well as their representation of our values. 

We're excited to announce Cella by Randstad Digital's Talent of the Quarter for Q3 2023 is Joann Kirk. Joann truly exemplifies Cella's core values in her role at our client, so much so that, her position was extended twice due to her huge impact and remarkable performance. Joann's supervisor describes her performance and contribution to the team to be one of a kind. "She doesn't need to be told what to do, she takes charge, gets along well with everyone and her teammates all speak very kindly of her."

According to her supervisor, Joann is one of the only people in her specific role and she continues to lead the way not only for herself and her team but for our client as well. Joann's impact is felt at both Cella and at our client on a day-to-day basis through her will to serve and lead, as well as her great attitude towards her team and the work that they do.
