Top performers are selected based on their contributions and impact to our clients as well as their representation of our values.

We’re excited to announce Cella by Randstad’s Talent of the Quarter for Q3 2023 is Latoya Marshall! She was placed at our client as a Product Owner less than a year ago and has made a remarkable impact ever since. From the day Latoya started, her managers described her to be an embodiment of their company’s mission in addition to Cella’s core values.

In only 6 months, Latoya has established herself as a lead product owner with our client. She has demonstrated a natural ability for leading a team while also being willing to jump in and help whenever needed. Latoya continues to demonstrate Passionate Performance and Service Excellence on a day-to-day basis by being extremely willing, patient and a team player with everyone that she works with. Latoya’s manager describes her as being a joy to work with as well as a huge value to the team. She truly represents the Cella values of Entrepreneurial Spirit, Service Excellence, Passionate Performance, and Employee Centricity in all her work!
