Top performers are selected based on their contributions and impact to our clients as well as their representation of our values.

We’re excited to announce Cella by Randstad’s Talent of the Quarter for Q1 2023 is Taleta Poston! She was placed at our client as a Gift Card B2B Marketing Analyst in 2022 and has been making a vigorous impact ever since!

In less than a year, Taleta has exemplified what it means to go above and beyond in Service Excellence and Passionate Performance. In such a short period of time, she has made an invaluable impact on our client and her team. Taleta’s manager describes her impact to be “a crucial part of expanding their business.”

Her manager states that they couldn’t have found a better fit and her ‘go getter’ attitude continues to drive business.
