We’re excited to announce Cella by Randstad's Talent of the Quarter for Q3 2024 is Tiahna Hays! She was placed at our client as an Executive Briefing Manager about 4 months ago.

Tiahna has been a true pleasure to work with on the Cella and on the client side. She was able to quickly assimilate with the team and has now grown her responsibilities and shown her leadership capabilities across the hiring process and her first few months with our client. She has supported and worked with our client’s leadership team and has received exceptional feedback since the start.  She is always giving 110% and continues to impress Cella and her managers. She is a great example of our talent living the Cella values at our clients.
