Our client for a skilled and motivated Digital Application Analyst to join their growing team for a direct-hire opportunity!

As a Digital Application Analyst, you will coordinate maintenance and optimize the digital banking employee and member experience to ensure smooth functionality of applications, products, and services.

This is an onsite role in Bettendorf, IA.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee digital banking platform operations, including mobile banking and third-party vendor integrations.
  • Manage the lifecycle of digital products, features, adoptions, and integrations.
  • Assist in planning and designing digital experiences.
  • Promote member experience value in collaboration with other departments.
  • Analyze and report digital product performance and consumer behavior.
  • Research and recommend solutions to boost credit union and member growth through increased product adoption and engagement.
  • Provide tier 2 support for the digital banking platform, ensuring smooth functionality of applications like online and mobile banking.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, recommend procedures, and controls for problem prevention.
  • Log and track support requests in the ticketing system; ensure accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Communicate issues, requests, projects, and resolutions to leadership promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and member experience features; propose value-added products and services.
  • Lead case management, patches, and updates for digital banking and third-party vendors.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with business unit leaders, teams, and vendors; serve as primary technical and tactical contact.
  • Network with peer resources and participate in industry and vendor groups and events.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to support and promote the credit union brand through digital channels.
  • Follow established change management processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation for new processes and procedures.
  • Communicate with supervisors about goals, development, accountability, and striving for excellence.
  • Promote products and services.
  • Attend required meetings.
  • Complete required educational programs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Associate’s degree in information systems or related field, or completion of an equivalent specialized certification or license, or completion of specialized training acquired through apprenticeship program.
  • Three to five years similar or related experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of all laws and regulations regarding this position.
  • Knowledge of credit union operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional, pleasant, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
