We are looking for a talented Digital Asset Administrator for a temporary position fully REMOTE. In this role you will work closely with the Digital Asset Manager, to ensure that all files are uploaded correctly and that all digital assets are accounted for. This role demands an extensive amount of quality control and validation, as you’ll be tasked with correcting errors in file names, formatting and spelling.

Digital Asset Administrator Responsibilities:
- Assist in digital asset meta-tagging, proofreading style guides (titles/file types)
- Ensure that each and every digital asset is named correctly and stored in the appropriate spot for Designers, Developers and Executives to quickly access
Digital Asset Administrator Requirements:
- Previous experience working with digital assets within a company (retail environment OR product team is a PLUS)
- Strong proofreading skills and relative understanding of meta-data and meta-tagging
- Working knowledge of WorkFront (current PM software tool) —> any AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) experience is a PLUS
