Job Type: 12-month W2 hourly contract
Compensation Range: $65-75/hr
Our financial services client is seeking a dynamic Digital Content Manager to join their Card Benefits team, focusing on enhancing web and mobile experiences for credit card benefits. This pivotal contract role is central to transforming the highly utilized Benefits List feature from a manual process to a strategic, automated model, which involves a significant AEM content migration
You will assist Product Owners via writing Agile user stories, grooming the backlog, preparing sprints for development. Furthermore, you will work closely with the design team and development team to ensure requirement readiness and help deliver a UX that is scalable, intuitive, and easy to use for our customers.
This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with technology, content, and design teams, and proficiency with AEM to translate complex content and experience requirements into actionable deliverables.
This hybrid role (3 days onsite) is based in Manhattan and is expected to transition to 100% onsite by the end of the year. Employees will receive 30 days' notice before the change.
Key Projects
This role will be instrumental in leading and supporting the following critical projects:
- Catalog UI Development: This project focuses on building a scalable content repository designed to efficiently manage and store benefit data. It involves inventorying crucial metadata, such as CTA URLs and images, and developing a system that can accurately determine benefit eligibility for various cards. The primary goal is to significantly improve the usability and scalability of the current platform, enabling faster onboarding and management of over 130 card benefits.
- Self-Serve Authoring Enablement: The aim of this initiative is to empower the card team to independently make content updates without relying on the content delivery team or submitting Jira tickets. This includes supporting direct image handling via AEM, reducing current bottlenecks caused by dependency intake forms, and introducing robust governance workflows for managing evergreen content and template updates.
- Quality Control & Testing Optimization: This project seeks to revolutionize the current fully manual QA process. The Product Associate will work to implement automated or semi-automated testing solutions to streamline content validation, minimize human error, and ensure a higher standard of quality for all digital experiences.
