Our clean energy client is looking for a mid-senior Digital Project Manager in NY, MA, CT, RI, or ME areas. The Digital Project Manager role is a critical member of the Product team and will help bring our new and revamped products to the finish line. 

Digital Project Manager Responsibilities: 

The Digital Project Manager supports the Product Owner in several ways, including:

  • Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible;

  • Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management;

  • Helping the team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items;

  • Understanding product planning in an empirical environment;

  • Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value;

  • Understanding and practicing agility and facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.

  • Customer Centricity, Design thinking and Innovative and Creative thinking.

Digital Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering a digital product from beginning to end 

  • Expert knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks including Scrum and Kanban, including theory, rules and practices

  • Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence

  • Knowledge and experience of tasks, backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, user stories and value metrics

  • Evangelist for Agile Continuous integration and Continuous Delivery methodologies

  • Analyze and be able to deal with finances for the purposes of managing budgets or contracts with suppliers.

  • Must be a proven team player to work, promote and consolidate efficient team working relationships.

  • Willingness to travel 1 to 2 times quarterly on business

Education & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience

  • Must be self-motivated

  • Must take initiative and possess an entrepreneurial spirit 

  • Must be willing to think outside the box to effectively communicate and remove roadblocks to yield team success
