We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital, print, video, and event channels. In this role, you'll oversee projects from concept to execution, creating visually compelling and cohesive campaigns that reflect our brand's identity and strategic vision. You'll develop and manage brand design systems, work on multi-disciplinary projects, and independently handle creative assignments, all while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. As a strong collaborator, you'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback to produce refined, impactful designs that resonate with our audience. Responsibilities:
- Oversee design projects from concept through execution, contributing to multi-disciplinary campaigns.
- Create and implement engaging campaigns across digital, print, video, and event channels, ensuring content is clear, relatable, and aligned with brand identity.
- Develop and maintain brand design systems and graphic toolkits that reflect our brand's vision and strategic positioning.
- Transform internal initiatives and strategic messages into visually impactful and innovative designs.
- Independently manage creative assignments with minimal supervision.
- Receive and incorporate feedback effectively, translating it into refined, creative outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality, on-brand projects within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate and build positive partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience within a design studio, agency, or in-house creative team.
- Experience in crafting integrated campaigns, including traditional, digital, and event-based channels.
- Strong knowledge of diverse design techniques and creative styles.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Skilled at handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with efficient prioritization.
- Great understanding of visual storytelling and effective visual communication.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating in both virtual and hybrid team settings.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
