Merchandising Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, California
Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $40.00 - 41.38 per hour

Our client is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator on a contract basis, to become an integral member of their operations team. This specialized team encompasses a broad spectrum of creative disciplines, including design, copywriting, photography, and video, dedicated to maintaining and promoting the visual identity of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the seamless flow of product page copy from development to delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track and route multiple media work streams simultaneously, leveraging Salesforce and Airtable.
• Support Lead Copy Editor by providing updates from vendors, delivery milestones and updating trackers.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
• Supervise large-volume, scaled content workflow using content management systems.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience planning, organizing, and executing projects across multiple work streams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with experience developing copy operations and complex operational workflows.
• Experience with project management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under constant deadlinesSolution-focused with excellent prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications.
• Experience with Salesforce and Airtable a plus.
• Copyediting and/or proofreading abilities is a plus.
