Staff Product Marketing Manager

Location: San Diego, California
Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $61 - 75 per hour

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for its Clinical Oncology portfolio. This role will drive outbound marketing activities, create compelling campaigns, and ensure alignment with the company's global strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with regional marketing teams, product management, medical affairs, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver standardized messaging and support clinical marketing initiatives. A deep understanding of NGS and precision medicine is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications:

• Ability to present and influence internally and externally with customers, KOLs, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions in the organization, including (but not limited to) R&D, FP&A, Market Development, Product Management, Medical Affairs, Regional Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Support Functions.

Experience/Education

• BS or MS in scientific discipline required, MBA preferred with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with oncology testing and precision medicine.
• Experience with NGS/molecular testing/bioinformaitics preferred.
• Experience marketing to molecular diagnostic laboratories, health care providers a nice to have.

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to connect detailed analysis to larger strategy.
• Demonstrated effective collaboration in matrixed or highly cross-functional business settings.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering effective and strategic marketing plans for products on market.
• Clinical product marketing experience preferred.
