Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Type: Freelance / Contract

We have an exciting remote opportunity for a UX Designer on a long-term contract with the potential to go perm! We're looking for a UX Designer III to help build out our client's flagship mobile app. This role will be establishing a new product activation experience in the mobile app. You will need to think through the entire activation process from start to finish and think through fallouts and troubleshoot incidents.

UX Designer Responsibilities:

IOT - Onboarding devices that integrate with the system - Security system
Looking to add a new device that can provide a new service for the internet experience
Building and crafting app experience and getting it to people
End to end activation flows in the app
Be able to think start to finish and work with activation
Think through fall out systems - How do they troubleshoot and get them back on the rails when things go off
Ability to think holistically about problems
Impact on the customer - their process and experience of activation
Working with partner teams and the other experiences this will interact with
Proactive and staying at the forefront of questions that might come their way
Mobile experience
Systems thinking // UX end to end thinking
Experience Deck building and storytelling // presenting to executives

UX Designer Qualifications:

Can talk through their work clearly and explain it
Experience collaborating with product partners
5+ years of UX Design
Figma experience
