Pam Orlando Zanni
Cella Vice President of Managed Services Pam Orlando Zanni is an in-house creative veteran who has lead creative operations for four of the world’s most iconic retail brands: Walgreens, Walmart/Sam’s Club, The Home Depot, and CVS Health. Creating, refining and building organizational structures and systems to meet business needs and produce award-winning creative output is a mainstay of Pam’s playbook.
Cella Director Carey Cockrum has been a contributor in the creative agency space for over 26 years. She has been part of both internal and external agencies, working with well-known brands such as Fruit of the Loom, Wendy’s and Humana. Her experience includes creative strategy and execution, brand development and management, building and refining organizational structures and assessment/implementation of systems to produce top-notch creative aligned to business strategy and needs.
Cella Director Kate Roberts brings her clients over 25 years of creative operations and leadership experience. She previously ran an in-house agency for a global Fortune 500 financial services firm. She guided the international expansion of her team, launching and leading creative operations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Poland, India, and Malaysia. Kate was responsible for the comprehensive development and delivery of integrated print, digital & video support for internal, retail, and institutional audiences around the globe. Her people, processes, and technology oversight included brand, account management, design, copywriting, regional adaptation, production, traffic, digital asset management, and proofreading. Kate’s passion for a team’s collective success while supporting individuals to grow their creative skill set is what fuels her.
Cella Director Deb Brown is a staffing industry veteran who has led managed services staffing operations and strategies in support of multiple national organizations including: Wells Fargo, Florida Hospitals, Valassis, Ingersoll Rand, CVS Health, Starbucks and Schenker Logistics. Creating nimble staffing strategies anchored to changing workforce trends and building qualified support teams of account managers and recruiters to meet business objectives is at the center of Deb’s skill set and passion.
