Awesome opportunity for a Digital Marketing Analyst! Take a peek at this fully remote (in the USA) Digital Marketing Analyst position. For this 6-12 month temporary hire position, you will help consult on automation concepts and best practices to support the various lines of business and sales teams. The DMA will also assist with day to day execution of email campaigns, often with relatively short timelines.
This team runs reports after each campaign and this person will be responsible for consolidating the data by audience and putting the data into PowerBI dashboards. This is currently a manual process. If the DMA identifies areas that can be automated, they will be encouraged to do so.

Digital Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Provide deep analysis of data to understand root cause on funnel analysis
- Create standardized and scalable processes for test hypotheses, test plans, and success metrics
- Utilize tools and technology to analyze test results and develop insights and recommendations
- Consolidate learnings to provide holistic analysis / results
- Monitor system and contact data to ensure data hygiene
- Design email layouts that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
- Research up to date and emerging technologies and developments in the design field and implement them when appropriate.
- Make adjustments to correct email errors during testing to ensure best customer experience. Uses tools to ensure consistency across all email platforms.
- Utilize Marketo and Salesforce to run campaign performance reports in a timely manner and maintains a performance database weekly
- Implement email campaigns using Marketo (or comparable product) including HTML code, copy, appropriate tracking, testing, maintaining all appropriate documentation, and all other portions to prepare an email for deployment
- Assist in development of responsive email templates and landing pages in keeping with brand guidelines
Digital Marketing Analyst Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of data analysis background
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience utilizing Marketo for email marketing automation
- Marketing experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS coding
