A fast-growing consumer brand in the lifestyle and residential space is seeking a Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy Specialist to support nationwide digital marketing programs and local market initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and has a knack for digital campaign execution, content optimization, and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Platform Management
- Implement and manage performance-focused digital campaigns across email, paid search, social media, and display networks.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams and external partners to execute localized digital initiatives.
- Own the technical setup, scheduling, and optimization of campaigns to support lead acquisition and engagement.
Technical & Analytical Execution
- Use marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, and analytics dashboards to track, refine, and report campaign performance.
- Troubleshoot platform issues including feed errors, broken links, and formatting problems.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints align with brand, compliance, accessibility, and UX standards.
Content Creation & Asset Management
- Develop and repurpose digital content including email templates, video clips, banner ads, and basic graphic design materials.
- Support in editing photos, graphics, and video content for use across digital platforms.
- Maintain and organize a central library of marketing assets for use across multiple teams and departments.
Internal Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a central connector between regional teams, the core marketing function, and external vendors to ensure cohesive execution.
- Provide onboarding, process documentation, and occasional training on digital tools and workflows.
- Coordinate messaging timelines and campaign milestones across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Experience with:
- Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Email campaign builders (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Web content platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful)
- Analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, UTM tracking)
- Competence in basic visual design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Knowledge of UX principles, funnel optimization, and digital lead generation strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in consumer-facing industries such as real estate, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking protocols.
- Proven ability to support distributed teams and drive digital alignment across regions.
