This Director of Marketing will own Branding and Messaging for our client’s digital presence across all platforms. They will play a crucial role in ideating and executing compelling content that best serves the patient and aligns with our client’s missions and philosophies.

Director of Marketing Responsibilities:
- Working with the CEO and outside agency partner, will develop a strong brand strategy, including a new visual and brand identity that the entire organization rallies around.
- Newly created position designed to help elevate the role and impact of on-brand content and messaging across all brand touch-points and experiences
- Serve as the lead champion of our client’s brand voice. Lead ongoing training and guide the implementation of our brand voice across internal and external channels.
- Build the Brand Communications function from the ground up, developing the right process, structure and deliverables to help us achieve our marketing and business objectives through compelling messaging and content
- Set goals for campaigns and track results.
- Establish systematic marketing campaigns for prospects
- Capture and analyze data from the market
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience (B2B/B2C) in brand management and brand communications or related experience; agency experience a plus
- Healthcare experience is required to be considered
- Understanding of corporate brand management goals, processes, and possible pitfalls.
- Proven mastery in engaging storytelling via all digital channels.
- Proven interest in thinking beyond common corporate standards for content we see in the marketplace today and reimagining what will connect with the intended client, patient, media, and investor audiences.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; can produce effective and engaging marketing copy
- Proven working knowledge of brand standards and marketing best practices.
- Experience with managing creative projects from concept to execution.
- Matrix-management experience and demonstrated ability to manage projects on time and on budget.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organization skills
