Manager, eCommerce Strategy Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendations, leveraging eCommerce industry research, best practices, trends and competitive intelligence
- Work with teams to improve and manage User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design of the website and other digital channels.
- Conducting competitor and customer analysis.
- Facilitates A/B testing, surveys, and other research as needed.
- Define user- and business-level KPIs and metrics to track KPI performance to lead strategic decision making.
- Ability to see the bigger picture while developing a tangible action plan.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing) or equivalent combination of education and experience, Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years experience in relevant domains (e.g. digital commerce/eCommerce, digital retail, online marketplaces) .
- Must bring B2B experience to the table, including a large inventory of complex product
- Seasoned within product environment / digital shelf marketing.
- Must have experience with User Session Recording tools to be considered.
- Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful consumer insights, integrating relevant business knowledge as well as learning from other projects/sources.
- Must be an imaginative, enthusiastic marketer with a commitment to delivering measurable results and a proven ability to manage projects to successful completion.
- Advanced experience in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
