We are immediately looking to hire a Market Liaison for a full-time, remote working opportunity with one of the leading facilities management companies in the hospitality industry. Our client provides services to more than 100M customers daily, on a global scale.
To better service the organization’s wide array of business specialties, our Market Liason will act as a true industry expert. You will get to know your business segment inside and out, understand customers pain points and market drivers, and translate needs to the internal proposal development team.
Market Liaison Key Responsibilities:
  •  Acts as primary liaison between assigned segment leaders and the creative team
  • Maintains the “big picture” for projects and client requirements ensuring that related deliverables are treated appropriately
  • Ensures that the creative team understands client perspective and requirements and that the final output aligns appropriately
  • Reviews products for quality, consistency, accuracy, and advancement of the visual and verbal messaging in design reviews, and ensures that consistent image/message is conveyed
  • Understands clients’ products, audiences and business objectives and ensures they are applied to client deliverables; collaborates with designers and writers to produce on target collateral
  • Analyzes and forecasts demand and capacity to support staffing needs such as temp hiring and general workload planning
  • Reviews and addresses client feedback scores; works to increase customer satisfaction scores
  • Develops creative strategies to address sales and business objectives
  • Attends sales, strategy, status, project kick-off, and other client meetings
  • Appropriately balances client desires and business needs with the available team resources
Market Liaison Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree; Major in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Account Management, either in external or internal agency setting
  • 5+ years of RFP/Proposal Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing brand portfolios and pitching creative suggestions for new business
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High-functioning skills in MS Office Suite and relevant project management tools
  • Software skills to include working knowledge of Jig, Salesforce, RFPIO, or similar applications
