Our client is looking for a Marketing Communications Associate Analyst to join their team. In this role, you'll ensure the development and execution of enrollment and marketing materials designed to maximize new business and in-force enrollment results and serve client and customer needs. You'll also provide support on account management-type tasks.

Marketing Communications Associate Analyst Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving SH product premium by executing enrollment programs determined by the Account Manager (AM) based on client's and customer's needs.
- Coordinate with AA on required materials to support the upcoming enrollment event. This could include printing/shipping of these materials to the client, broker or customer.
- Take the lead in development and review of all enrollment materials, including but not limited to:
- CustomPoint Marketing Materials (Pre-enrollment flyers, posters, postcards, etc.)
- Updating standard/template PPT presentation to support sold plan(s)
- Quality review BenKIT benefit summaries, enrollment forms, and evidence of insurability forms to support the enrollment event, as well as policy documents.
- Assist with Life Cycle Change (LCC) requests for enforce clients.
- Update client and/or broker information in internal systems.
Marketing Communications Associate Analyst Skills:
- 2-3 years of creating open enrollment (OE) materials/collateral and/or supporting client accounts experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strict timelines and dynamic priorities is required.
- Experience using critical thinking and problem solving to navigate complex processes and ambiguity is required.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work with data systems and operational processes a must.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including but not limited to PPT and OneNote as well as Adobe is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of group employee benefits, including SH products that include accidental injury, critical illness and hospital care insurance is preferred.
