Our client is seeking a talented Marketing Communications Manager to join their team!

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for content curation and creation for two key projects. These projects involve engaging with various stakeholders, including health systems, internal employees, and customers/clinicians, to drive adoption and awareness of our client's products and initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-visibility projects that will shape the future of this company.

Responsibilities:

Project 1:

  • Curate and create content tailored to 8 key personas in health systems.
  • Develop persona toolkits containing relevant content for each persona, identifying content gaps and partnering with third-party agencies as needed.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to gather feedback and produce supporting materials such as videos and scripts.
  • Ensure content compliance through appropriate referencing and approval processes.

Project 2:

  • Create compelling content to promote internal employee and customer/clinician adoption of a new online product education platform.
  • Assess existing content, update and consolidate as necessary, and develop new materials including emails, presentations, videos, and talking points.


Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Manager
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, content creation, and curation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Showpad and video recording/editing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
