Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team in Florham Park, NJ. This person will be responsible for executing day-to-day projects and client deliverables across three to four accounts.

Senior Account Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Execute/manage day-to-day projects that are part of the account(s) or overall scope(s) to include content deliverables such as slide decks, monographs, brochures, training materials, pull-through campaigns and competitive analyses
  • Collaborate with internal team (Creative, Production, and Editorial)
  • Support senior Account staff in development of client marketing strategies and tactics
  • Help manage day-to-day brand finances with senior Account staff and Finance
  • Develop drafts of presentations and internal/external communications
  • Run kick-off meetings with internal team
  • Participate in client meetings and calls as requested by senior Account staff and prepare client contact reports summarizing next steps
  • Track and compile client feedback; work with senior Account staff to ensure client feedback/issues addressed
  • Collaborate with project management team to develop timelines, and identify possible red flags in projects
  • Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review submission process
Senior Account Manager Skills/Requirements: 
  • 3-6 years account management experience in a pharmaceutical advertising/PR/communications agency
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Working proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of medical/scientific/technical terminology and clinical data on assigned projects/accounts.
  • Managed Markets experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with clients’ online submission systems (e.g. Zinc or Veeva)
  • Experience working with electronic routing systems
  • Understanding of and ability to articulate brand strategy on assigned accounts
  • Ability to execute client deliverables with a sense of urgency and client service orientation
