Exciting full time direct hire opportunity for a Senior Account Executive (SAE) at an award-winning, best-in-class in-house agency at a major pharma company. This full-service agency produces print, digital, augmented/virtual reality, and video assets. The organization is constantly evolving and is looking for a savvy, client-friendly SAE to work with our clients and creatives. The in-house agency supports projects across all divisions and currently serves as agency of record for brands in both Human Health and Animal Heath.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management
- Establishes strong and trusted relationships with aligned clients
- Manages accounts independently on a day-to-day basis
- Maintains regular client contact and becomes an integral part of client team ensuring that the client is updated and briefed on all relevant account activity
- Reviews all major milestones for client deliverables prior to client review and shares in accountability
- Upholds Agency quality standards in servicing clients
- Understands the essential dynamics, strategies and drivers of clients’ business
- Accountable for all SOW development
- Writes thorough and actionable creative briefs
Project Management
- Understands key agency resources and brings them together to produce exceptional results
- Sets priorities while handling multiple projects and delegating work appropriately
- Manages client expectations and timelines
- Ensures budgets and project estimates are accurate and appropriately represent required project hours
- Monitors team hours on jobs and proactively escalates as appropriate if projects are heading off course or there is a change in scope
- Leads internal meetings (e.g. status meetings, job start-ups)
- Coordinates and participates in all internal client-related meetings
- Evaluates creative work for consistency and accuracy and monitors brand compliance
- Keeps senior management briefed on account activities
Leadership
- Inspires and motivates teams to over-deliver against expectations, resulting in high employee engagement and overall client satisfaction
- Projects a professional, positive attitude toward peers, supervisors, and clients
- Fosters a positive team environment demonstrating respect for peers, supervisors, and clients

- Partners with Account Supervisor or Account Director to upsell or grow within existing client projects
- Keeps Account Supervisor or Account Director briefed on all account activities
- Under the guidance of Account Supervisor or Account Director, may assist in development of sales presentations or marketing & tactical plans
SKILLS
- Demonstrates excellent grasp of account management/client services best practices
- Able to see the world through two lenses: creativity and accountability
- In-depth knowledge of pharma, its regulatory environment, and healthcare provider organizations
- Proven track record of developing and executing digital programs

EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS
- 5+ years agency experience, in-house agency experience preferred
