Sr Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Owns and manages programs such as divisional technology launches, marketing acquisition onboarding and customer & partner engagement.
- Orchestrates, manages and supports planning and execution for all corporate campaigns, including but not limited to events, trade shows, technology launches, brand campaigns, etc.
- Manages alignment of campaign calendars across divisional teams
- Owns corporate strategy for digital postings and campaigns (i.e. web, social, etc.)
- Establishes, tracks and analyses KPIs to improve all owned programs
- Co-owns core content marketing pipeline with comms manager in alignment with our client's strategic content pillars
- Manages team who execute websites, social media, digital campaigns and marketing operations
- Develop and manage the overall project timeline to meet forecasted delivery deadlines; moving projects successfully through all major execution milestones utilizing PM tools.
- Manage relationships with workstream leads while concurrently co-managing workstreams including briefs, scope of work, resourcing, approvals, timelines and expectation management and bi-directional flow of information with agencies and partners
- Build relationships and integrate processes with agency partners to meet changing project needs and priorities
- Support budget management and tracking to ensure alignment with budget and spend guidelines
Sr Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 10 years of B2B marketing experience running marketing programs with a strong focus on digital Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field REQUIRED
- Experience developing integrated omni-channel marketing programs
- Experience managing enterprise websites, social media and content marketing programs
- Experience developing strategy, alignment, and short and long-term marketing plans
- Demonstrated success influencing executives and cross-functional leaders Strong background in business analytics, measurements and dashboards Demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings
- Participation in contract negotiations and authoring/editing of Statement of Work (SOW) documents
- Familiarity with both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
- Experience with financial and budget management processes
- Experience working within complex organizational structures and navigating team culture across multiple functions and geographies Operational knowledge of Google Suite (GA, GTM) and Domo is a bonus
- Experience within Project Management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Basecamp, etc.
- Travel (post-COVID): Comfortable traveling domestically and internationally, as applicable
- MBA preferred
