Job Title: UX Research Coordinator
Location: New York, New York
Type: Freelance / Contract
The UX Research Coordinator will be supporting the research team by working closely with researchers to recruit participants for and help facilitate UX studies across consumer and business portfolios. The coordinator will become an expert in navigating the panel management tool to source, screen, and invite participant candidates to research studies, as well as assist with the intake and incentive management process. Within this role, you will also have the opportunity to assist directly with the research process, and grow your experiences within the UX Research field. This position is currently remote, but would like the candidate to be local to the New York market. 

UX Research Coordinator Responsibilities:

-Working closely with the UX Research Operations Manager to support the greater UX Research Team with participant recruitment.
-Collaborating with UX Researchers to identify key participant requirements, and applying those requirements in the panel management tool to furnish participants for their studies.
-Managing calendars, scheduling details, and logistics for multiple research studies at any given time.
-Documenting participant activity in the panel management database, and managing the incentive delivery process.
-Curating the panel pool to ensure high-quality participants, and assisting in outreach to generate new leads and ideas to scale-up the panel.
-Assisting UX Researchers on testing days with participant logistics and interactions, and being the face of the company to ensure all research participants have a positive experience.
-Assisting researchers with light research-related tasks, such as note-taking and piloting moderation sessions.


UX Research Coordinator Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree
-Familiarity with human subject research, and knowledge of research participant recruitment and coordination best practices.
-Experience with navigating database tools and managing large datasets.
-Organized, detail-oriented with good time-management skills. You will be juggling multiple recruitment efforts with changing schedules and priorities.
-Able to maintain professional and friendly participant and researcher relationships. You will be in constant communication with both participants and researchers.
