Compensation Range: $90,000 - 110,000 per year
We are excited to welcome an Associate Account Director to our client's team to work with new clients and help them reach their fundraising goals.
As an Associate Account Director, you will lead the charge on multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams, senior leadership, and clients to ensure everyone stays aligned with the strategy, tasks are managed efficiently, and projects remain on schedule. You'll join a dynamic team that's agile, collaborative, and inventive, working on meaningful solutions that address challenges in healthcare philanthropy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop annual fundraising plans based on scopes of work, and translate these into actionable projects and campaigns.
- Track and measure communications for key audiences, using performance data to shape strategic recommendations for fundraising programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep account teams informed with regular project status updates and facilitate agendas for client-facing check-ins.
- Lead client meetings, proof and quality-check communication materials, and handle administrative tasks like scheduling and process management.
- Set up project tasks, timelines, and responsibilities using project management software (e.g., Asana, Workfront).
- Oversee and coordinate all project deliverables and processes.
- Manage project plans, content calendars, and campaign reports, adjusting timelines as needed to meet requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, including copywriters and designers, to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
- Work closely with account and delivery teams to proactively address any project issues or bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-6 years in a fundraising or marketing agency environment, ideally working across multiple clients and projects.
- Skills: Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, strong oral and written communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Trello, Asana, Workfront), and communication tools like Slack or MS Teams.
- Mindset: A creative problem-solver with a drive to find better, more efficient solutions, and an interest in healthcare marketing and fundraising.
- Characteristics: Proactive, confident, and calm under pressure, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across various levels of management.
