Are you a talented Communications Strategist with a strong background in brand strategy, social campaign, and writing? If so, we have an on-going, FT opportunity for you to develop your career and work for one of the largest healthcare companies! Candidates must have Pharmaceutical experience. Our client is seeking a Communications Professional who is passionate about bringing communications to customers and stakeholders around the world.  This is an opportunity to utilize your communications expertise to build new programs, develop new assets, utilize key tools and channels to help educate and motivate our global audiences and stakeholders. This individual will help lead, execute, and support the development and delivery of communications plans and multi-channel programs that support the global strategic imperatives for our business. 



Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of new communications programs that support the global franchise, brands, and external stakeholders.
  • Create opportunities to build on existing communications to enhance and reinforce the value of our brands, our business, and the impact on public health.
  • Develop new external communications materials that are aligned with multiple critical business issues that are part of the overall external environment.
  • Improve awareness among key audiences of the importance of our work and our long legacy and commitment to development, manufacturing and global access.
  • Coordinate communications activities across a large global team to ensure a wide-range of initiatives and tools are successfully delivered and meet business targets.
  • Incorporate the use of multiple channels, including traditional and social media, digital tools, etc. to reach a variety of global external stakeholders.
  • Develop critical new materials (e.g., Social Media Plans, Message Documents, etc.) through creation, review, and approval.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical guidelines and processes around external product communications.
  • Ability to be self-starter, work in a fast-pace environment, and under tight deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid experience within Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries, with Communications, Product/Franchise Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Media, roles.
  • Proven experience in successfully developing and executing global communications strategies that supported business objectives and created return on investment.
  • Good writing skills, including the ability to write clearly for different external audiences.
