Fantastic opportunity for an Employment Brand Lead! Our client is seeking an Employment Brand Lead for a six month remote contract opportunity. For this role you will lead our client's employment branding efforts including but not limited to oversight of content generation, communications, and campaigns.  The goal of the Employment Brand Lead will be to increase our client's visibility in the marketplace and increase the effectiveness of the recruiting team.  

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Drive initiatives that increase and maintain a strong employment brand awareness in current and emerging markets.
  • Partner with Marketing, PR/Communications and Talent Acquisition Teams to maintain and continually evolve employment value proposition.
  • Manage recruitment brand strategy, annual calendar and associated budget. Audit, analyze and recommend adjustments as appropriate. Report ROI.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Career Site and associated Landing Pages. Partner with internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience and improve the candidate funnel.
  • Partner with internal teams to maximize our presence on social media channels. Identify and implement strategies that increase and maintain a strong employment brand. Audit, analyze and recommend adjustments as appropriate.
  • Manage and update all content on third-party job sites.
  • Partner with appropriate teams across organization to ensure continuity.
  • Manage external TA vendor relationships. Identify new vendors who improve employment brand awareness and deliver a ROI. 
  • Arrange demos; assist senior leaders throughout selection process and onboard approved new vendors.
  • Lead initiatives targeting internal talent and assist current staff and alumni in sharing career opportunities with their network. 
  • Build programs such as an employee referral program and internal careers site.
  • Lead targeted recruiting campaigns. Measure and report results.
  • Lead major recruiting events. Maintain and continuously improve recruiting event strategy. 
  • Manage candidate promotional materials.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
  • Bachelors Degree required in marketing, communications, graphic design or other related major preferred. 
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in employment branding-related work, including with digital marketing, social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and recruitment advertising required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience partnering with or in a recruiting-related role preferred.
  • Content creation experience required 
  • Proven experience in project management required Creative/design skills strongly preferred Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite preferred 
  • Must be an active user of all social channels TA is utilizing.
  • Experience with and ability to analyze, understand and present social media data and trends in an easy to follow format is preferred. Experience running paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn preferred.
