We are looking for a talented Growth Marketing Director for a DIRECT HIRE / FULL-TIME opportunity and is a fully REMOTE position! Come join a growing team with a tech start-up!
Growth Marketing Director Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage daily measurement, optimization and implementation of marketing programs to achieve successful and flawless execution.
• Report user analytics and media performance to senior leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Highlight opportunities or trends for continuous improvement of performance.
• Lead the management of marketing program budgets and oversee allocation of budget to marketing programs, tools, consulting, and other areas.
• Partner with the creative team, analytics, and engineering teams to build acquisition funnels and measurable marketing programs that focus on the evaluation on cost per acquisition and cost per engaged user.
• Lead the growth marketing team, having at least 1-2 direct reports.
Growth Marketing Director Requirements:
• 8-10 years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience in growing a user base and optimizing user conversion funnels.
• Experience developing marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with partner teams.
• Prior experience managing a team.
• Experience in process management and working with technical teams on toolset/feature development.
• Analytics-driven with the ability to utilize quantitative and qualitative data to develop insights.
