Our client, an in-house agency serving a leading marketing company, is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist. The Marketing Automation Specialist will lead email automation and operations to coordinate with marketing and other cross-functional teams on follow-up email flows, segmentation and the collection of information and maintaining databases to track target audiences and implement remarketing strategies. This is a direct hire opportunity that sits onsite in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. 

Marketing Automation Specialist Responsibilities: 
  • Develop marketing automation strategies that will be applied across the enterprise. 
  • Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders across marketing teams in different locations. 
  • Develop tracking and measurement program objectives for each technology from adoption to execution to optimization. 
  • Focus on metrics, spot opportunities for improvement, suggest and execute new campaigns, design and implement A/B test automated processes, polish campaigns, and deliver reporting on metrics to appropriate stakeholders to maximize performance. 
  • Manage and drive multiple projects with a focus on Marketing Automation (Pardot) and Content Management Systems (Sitecore or WordPress). 
  • Focused and accountable at ensuring programs of work are well specified and delivered on the agreed timescale and quality. 
  • Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking for the projects to assure alignment with best practices and drive success. 
  • Provide status reports, project updates, ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management and resolutions. 
  • Develop a Marketing Automation Playbook for the Marketing Automation service. 
  • Coordinate with existing internal resources and external vendors to successfully execute projects. 

Marketing Automation Specialist Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields. 
  • A minimum of 3-5 five years of digital marketing experience and building, testing and executing Marketing Automation campaigns and flows as well as analytics from concept to completion. 
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce) with the ability to work with MarTech platform integrations. 
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
