Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- MLS reporting management.
- Updating website, understanding CMS (ex: Joomla.)
- Updating templated flyers utilizing InDesign.
- Communicating with clients about design and marketing needs and delivering the request to the appropriate teams.
- Coordinate catering for events and meetings as needed.
Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- Must be tech savvy with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MailChimp is required.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing support role.
- Ability to compose professional and legible emails.
- Social Media skills and ability to manage posts.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to manage outside vendor relationships.
Preferred, Not Required:
- Previous experience working within the real estate industry.
