Are you a Marketing Manager in the Philadelphia area? Here is an exciting opportunity with one of our clients is looking to add a Marketing Manager to their team. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate regional/local market-based marketing plans and initiatives to acquire and retain customers, build the brand, and support sales strategies with the goal of growing enrollment 
  • Supporting Sr. Regional Marketing Manager and in partnership with sales, product, network ops, and enterprise marketing teams, adapt enterprise (“national”) marketing strategies to ensure appropriate levels of customization to reflect local market dimensions and consumer needs
  • Coordinate implementation of ad hoc marketing programs and assets that are integrated with the national campaigns but may only have a local market manifestation
  • Assist Sr. Regional Marketing manager in other assigned marketing initiatives and projects
  • Manages the development and local customization of materials that may include sales kits, fulfillment kits, direct mail packages, regulatory materials, newsletters, flyers, brochures, presentations, post cards, and other materials as needed in partnership with enterprise matrix partners and Sr. Regional Marketing Manager
  • Supports the Sr. Regional Marketing Manager in all aspects of local marketing initiatives, including planning and implementation
  • Takes ownership and leads execution of small local initiatives
  • Ensures materials developed are compliant and properly submitted to compliance for regulatory filings
  • Coordinate and manage select external vendors for special projects
  • Solves a range of straightforward and ambiguous problems; analyzes possible solutions considering both standard and proposed methods
  • Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, brand standards, and prospects/customers
  • Creates new and improved processes each year based on CMS (federal agency) and state agency guidance changes, internal opportunities and other circumstances
  • Manages external vendors 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or equivalent discipline
  • 5-8 years’ experience in marketing, advertising or communications
  • Direct experience creating and executing direct-to-consumer marketing and communications
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Ability to travel up to 35%
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Health insurance or Medicare/Medicaid marketing experience preferred, but not required
