Job Title: Paid Social Coordinator
Location: Union, New Jersey
Type: Remote
Our client is looking for someone passionate about social media to join our Paid Social Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube to build consideration for the brand and drive incremental online and in-store revenue. 

Paid Social Coordinator Responsibilities:

•Assist in developing and executing paid social campaigns
•Evaluate performance of campaigns and suggest optimizations to drive performance
•Ensure best practices are being applied across our campaigns
•Track budget across platforms and tactics to eliminate over or under pacing
•Assist with internal data issues and their resolution
•Ability to multitask across multiple projects
•Ability to interact with multiple teams across, both internally and externally
•Quick Learner with a Passion for problem solving
•Manage creative requests and timelines across digital marketing team, working with designers and publishers as needed to support goals and timelines
•Create and manage ad-hoc marketing reports and analyses across platforms, and help monitor budget performance for specific projects
•Monitor competitive marketing activity, and help identify and vet new digital marketing ideas to accomplish overall digital marketing objectives
•Ensures all tasks are completed in a timely fashion, in accordance with execution dates and guidelines


Paid Social Coordinator Qualifications:

•1-2 years of digital marketing experience 
•Retail experience is a plus
•Paid experience on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube (or most of them)
•Experience working with monthly budgets of $100k or more 
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is desirable
•Proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Experience with web analytics (e.g., Adobe Omniture Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.) a plus
•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
•Excellent organizational and project management skills; organized with ability to multi-task, prioritize, work quickly and to tight
